Where We Ship
We ship to all 48 contiguous United States. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, other US territories, or international destinations. For the same reason, we cannot deliver to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or lockers. A valid physical street address is required for delivery. Please ensure your address is accurate, as we are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information. We recommend using a residential address for timely delivery, as business addresses may experience delays due to limited delivery schedules (e.g., no weekend deliveries).
How We Ship
Our products are carefully hand-packed to ensure they arrive fresh and ready to enjoy. Each order is sealed in airtight packaging, placed in insulated boxes with eco-friendly gel packs or dry ice to maintain optimal temperature during transit. We partner with trusted carriers, UPS, FedEx and USPS, to deliver your order.
Shipping options and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout based on your location. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, carrier delays, or holidays.
Order Processing and Shipping Schedule
Orders typically deliver within 2-5 business days from the billing date. Orders ship 2-5 days following the billing date. We recommend scheduling deliveries at least one week before special occasions to account for potential delays. Check tracking for estimated delivery times (usually 8 AM–8 PM).
For customers in select areas (e.g., PA, NJ, NY, DC, MD, VA, DE, CT), standard shipping typically results in 1-day delivery. For all other regions, we recommend selecting Priority Mail (2-day shipping) or Priority Mail Express (1-day shipping) at checkout to ensure freshness.
Packaging and Freshness
To maintain the highest quality, our products are frozen at peak freshness and packed in insulated, recyclable boxes with gel packs or dry ice. Upon delivery, products may arrive frozen or partially thawed but should be cool to the touch. Please refrigerate or freeze your order immediately upon receipt to preserve quality.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs vary based on your location, order size, and selected shipping method (Standard or Express). Flat-rate or per-order shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website or by contacting our customer service team.
Delivery Issues
We strive to ensure your order arrives in excellent condition, but occasional issues may occur due to carrier delays, inclement weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. If your order arrives incomplete, damaged, or fully thawed (above 40°F), please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and details of the issue. We may request photos or additional information to process your claim.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, we offer a satisfaction guarantee and will work with you to resolve any issues, which may include refunds, replacements, or account credits at our discretion.
