Yes, we offer subscription plans for recurring deliveries of your favorite meats and seafood! You can choose between a Custom Box, where you select specific cuts, or a pre-set Bundle Box, where we pick a variety of high-quality cuts for you.

We partner with local Pennsylvania family-owned farms committed to ethical and sustainable practices. Our meat is pasture-raised, grass fed and free of antibiotics and added hormones. Our poultry is pasture raised free of antibiotics, vaccines and added hormone, and we ensure NON-GMO feed. Our seafood is wild caught with point of origin or sustainably harvested or responsibly farm-raised, certified by standards like the Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) and BPA.

Our products are vacuum-sealed and frozen to maintain freshness. They can be stored in your freezer for up to 6 months or in the refrigerator (below 40°F) for up to 7 days after thawing depending on the cut. Seafood should be consumed within 1-2 days of thawing. Always check product condition upon delivery and contact us if you have concerns.

We ship nationally where USPS can reach. We do not ship internationally or to PO boxes. Please provide a physical street address and, if applicable, a gate code for smooth delivery.   

Orders are packed with dry ice or ice packs in recyclable boxes to ensure products arrive frozen or partially frozen.

We ship via USPS and UPS; our shopping cart will automatically calculate the shipping cost.  

You’ll receive a tracking email with a carrier tracking number once your order ships. You can also track your order via your account dashboard. 

Orders typically deliver within 2-5 business days from the billing date. Orders ship 2-5 days following the billing date. We recommend scheduling deliveries at least one week before special occasions to account for potential delays. Check tracking for estimated delivery times (usually 8 AM–8 PM).

No, you don’t need to sign for your delivery. However, refrigerate or freeze products as soon as possible after delivery to maintain quality. Products should arrive refrigerator cold and can be frozen for later use.

We try best efforts to have your order delivered frozen or partially frozen with all items included. If your order arrives fully thawed but below 40°F, it’s safe to refrigerate (7 days) or freeze. For incomplete orders, contact us within 2 days of delivery at help@countrygrowerspa.com your order number and details of missing items.

Delays may occur due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. We guarantee product quality not delivery timing. If your order arrives thawed or damaged, contact us immediately for resolution. 

Leave dry ice in the shipping box in a well-ventilated area (e.g., garage or outdoors) to evaporate safely. Do not place dry ice in sinks or drains, as it may cause damage. Ice packs may be kept for later use.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if you have concerns about your order, contact us, and we’ll work to resolve them promptly.
